From the very moment I contacted Shaun, owner of SERVPRO, he and his team have been nothing but AMAZING! Wonderful advice, help, guidance after a furnace and air conditioner malfunction. This malfunction resulted in lots of smoke/soot damage. We are just a couple days into restoration, but I already know we are in wonderful hands with SERVPRO! Heather lead the clean-up and restoration of my household goods following a house fire.  She impressed me because she was compassionate and caring and treated my belongings as if they were her own.  She went out of her way to deliver some personal belongings to me at my temporary residence on several occasions and kept me informed during the entire process while my home was being rebuilt. When I was able to move back in, she and her team moved back my cleaned items and put them back exactly where they had been removed.

Heather and SERVPRO exemplify the true meaning of giving customer service and beyond to delivering an outstanding customer experience particularly during a most challenging life event. 

My husband and I came to know Heather Darveaux when we had a house fire in our home in White Bear Lake, MN.  Heather had the responsibility of overseeing the removal, cleaning, and storage of all our belongings and furniture and was very 'hands on' involved in all aspects. Due to the nature of the fire and the size of our home (4500 sq ft) this was a huge task and we had the opportunity to work closely with Heather over a several month period. With her oversight, all of our salvageable property was returned to us in excellent condition.

Heather is an extremely hard working, conscientious, caring person who is skilled at performing multiple tasks under pressure.  She amazed us with her ability to organize and keep track of so many things over a long period of time.  Her communication and customer skills are excellent.  We both quickly came to trust Heather completely and value her judgment greatly.
