SERVPRO did mitigation at our house to remove moisture after a tree fell through our roof during a storm. Demetrius came out first to look at the damage. Then he put an estimate together, and we submitted it to our insurance company. When approved, Demetrius schedule the mitigation immediately and they got right to it a couple of days later. Demetrius is very nice and very professional. Actually, the whole crew that came out was also the same. We are very happy with the results.

Savannah and Zach were amazing-they both worked very hard for several hours clearing out our flooded basement. They were professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They took excellent care of my belongings. The big mess I discovered earlier today is on its way to being cleaned up and remedied. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Wright County. I also wanted to tell you that Gerrod and Matt were outstanding.  Among the qualities we appreciated most:  their capacity to be both friendly and professional, their work ethic, and their willingness to answer any questions we had and to offer advice when we asked for it--knowing that we were ultimately responsible for the decisions.  They showed up when they said they would, worked hard the whole time they were there (in a very small space made more uncomfortable by some very hot & humid days), and had high standards for their work.   Gerrod went above and beyond one day when, upon arriving at the door and seeing that Rich had just fallen and that I was having trouble getting him up by myself, he jumped across everything in his path, wedged himself behind Rich, and lifted him up and helped him steady himself.   His reaction to what he saw was so quick, without a thought that he had the option of not getting involved.  I remain grateful for his help, and I wanted to let you know the kind of impression his character made on me.

Heather lead the clean-up and restoration of my household goods following a house fire.  She impressed me because she was compassionate and caring and treated my belongings as if they were her own.  She went out of her way to deliver some personal belongings to me at my temporary residence on several occasions and kept me informed during the entire process while my home was being rebuilt. An example the ledge upstairs I guess when she got up there was pretty bad and she was having a hard time reaching all the way back so I said she didn’t have to do the whole thing or do it at all. So was like oh no way I got this… She did the whole thing without complaining once! She was awesome! She put the fire alarm back in place and it was really hard to get back it took her like ten tries (because it was in an awkward bad position) to get it but she didn’t give up!!! I mean it, she was just awesome!!! Teresa was fantastic too that woman is a HARD worker man… she really gets the job done. The carpet guys were great! A toilet water line busted on the 3rd floor of our Big Lake home. The water ran for several days unnoticed. Over half of the house had major damage. State Farm recommended Shaun from SERVPRO.
