Employee Spotlight

Our spotlight this week is on Tom Tabur. Tom is the marketing representative here at SERVPRO of Wright County. Tom grew up in Northbridge, Massachusetts. He made the move to Minnesota last fall. Tom played college football at the University of Connecticut, and Eastern Kentucky University. Despite being from Massachusetts, Tom has always been a huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He takes pride in staying loyal to them through all of the losing seasons. Outside of SERVPRO, you can find Tom in the weight room. He enjoys staying active as much as possible. Tom loves hiking, and whitewater rafting. He is also a volunteer coach at the Breck School, where he coaches the offensive and defensive line. Tom has a passion for networking. He is currently a member of the Northwest Suburban BNI chapter in Maple Grove, and a member of the Community Networking Group in Brooklyn Park. Tom is a valuable member of our team!

Employee Spotlight

Our spotlight this week is on Mikayla Hackbarth. Mikayla is the administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Wright County. Mikayla is a recent graduate of North Dakota State University. Outside of the office, you can find Mikayla spending her free time with her boyfriend Issac, family, and close friends. Mikayla is a lover of the outdoors. She likes boating, fishing, hiking, and playing with her dogs. Mikayla is a huge fan of our great Minnesota sports teams. She goes crazy for the best NHL team out there, the Wild. Mikayla also participates in fantasy football and creating March Madness brackets. Mikayla does an outstanding job communicating with our customers, we are very fortunate to have her on our team!

Our spotlight this week is on Cameron Nidever. Cameron is our shop manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. He has been with us for over 2 years now. Prior to SERVPRO, he served in the U.S marines and the army for 20 years. He once was the facility and grounds manager at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. He spends most of his free time with his family. They enjoy horseback riding, fishing, boating, and going up to their cabin. Although he is retired from the military, Cameron still enjoys traveling around the states and abroad. We are extremely fortunate to have Cameron on our team and we are so proud of his service for our country!

Our Spotlight this week is on Laura Cash. Laura is the human resources manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. She brings 10 years of HR experience to our team. Laura grew up in Maple Grove. She currently resides in Maple Lake with her husband Kyle, and their two kids Ivan and Reese. Outside of SERVPRO you can find Laura on the lake with her family. They enjoy boating on the lakes close to home. Laura loves to travel. Some of her favorite trips over the years include Quebec, the Black Hills in South Dakota, Mexico, Texas, and Arizona. Laura is a proud soccer mom. She enjoy supporting her daughter Reese and her Wright County soccer team. Laura is very active outside of work. You can find her breaking a sweat at the gym or running outside. In the Winter she enjoys ice skating with the kids and snowmobiling. Laura is a valuable member of our office staff and she brings energy and passion to her duties for our team!

Our spotlight this week shines on Caitlin Shutrop. Caitlin is a fire/personal property technician here at SERVPRO of Wright County. Caitlin has over 5 years in restoration experience. She specializes in fire and content cleaning. She is also certified in carpet cleaning. Outside of SERVPRO, you can find Caitlin spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors and enjoys spending quality time with her family out there, no matter the season. Caitlin takes great pride in her work. She enjoys helping out those who were affected by fires and getting their valuables back to normal. Caitlin goes above and beyond for our community and she represents SERVPRO very well.

This weeks employee spotlight is on Kayla Darveaux. Kayla is the fire production supervisor here at SERVPRO of Wright County. She has over five years of experience in the industry. Outside of work you can find Kayla spending her time with family and friends. She is a huge fan of our great Minnesota Vikings, SKOL! Kayla also loves spending time with animals. During shark week she gets to see her favorite animal in the spotlight, the great white shark. Kayla was a graduate of Blaine High School in 2018. Kayla is an outstanding member of our team. She is a natural born leader and inspires everyone around her.

This week our Employee Spotlight shines on Demetrius Atchison. Demetrius is a production supervisor here at SERVPRO of Wright County. He brings a ton of restoration experience with him. Outside of SERVPRO, he enjoys spending his free time with his two little girls. Demetrius is a loyal fan of our great Minnesota Timberwolves. He loves attending their games. In the summertime you can find Demetrius hanging out by the lake and by a campfire at night. Demetrius brings a lot of energy and passion into his work. He is a valuable member of the SERVPRO family.

This weeks Employee Spotlight is on Evan Balcom. Evan is the operations manager at SERVPRO of Wright County. He has several years of restoration experience. Evan enjoys spending his free time with his daughter Savannah, and girlfriend Chelsea. You can also find Evan on the ice with his annual hockey team. They compete in a tournament every year. Evan loves spending time outdoors with the people who matter the most. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing tunes on his guitar. Evan puts a lot of energy and passion into his work, his positive attitude is contagious. He is a valuable member of our team!

This weeks Employee Spotlight is on Robert Erlien. Robert is a project manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. He has experience in construction, disaster restoration, and insurance adjusting. Outside of SERVPRO you can find Robert spending his time with his wife and children. They all enjoy camping and the wonderful outdoors together. Robert will also take his work experience home with him, he uses his skills to complete projects around the house. We are so lucky to have Robert as a member of our team. He is knowledgeable and a joy to work with!

This weeks employee spotlight is on Trevor Nodland. Trevor is a water technician here at SERVPRO of Wright County. Trevor grew up in Monticello and he is a graduate of the Monticello high school's class of 2015. Trevor enjoys spending his free time with his fiancé Cassie, his son Waylon, and their dog, Ruger. Outside of work you can find Trevor fishing on the lake, or hunting in the wilderness. Trevor is a valuable member of our team. His work ethic and positive attitude influences those around him!

This weeks spotlight is on Theresa Parthum. Theresa is the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Wright County. She has been a resident of Monticello for 10 years now. Before Joining SERVPRO, Theresa worked in insurance. When the weather is nice, you can find Theresa out on the lake. She enjoys fishing, boating, and summer nights by the camp fire with close friends and family. Theresa is a huge Minnesota sports fan. Outside of the office you can find her rocking Vikings and Twins gear. Theresa is a valuable member of our team and she is a great representation of the SERVPRO name.

This weeks spotlight is on Doug Lofgren. Doug is the shop manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. Doug grew up in Monticello and has great pride in his hometown. Doug and his wife Alisha have two kids, Max and Evelyn. When he is away from the shop, Doug coaches youth football and enjoys watching his daughter's dance recitals and gymnastics events. In the wintertime you can find Doug and his family out in their ice castle doing some fishing. In the summertime he enjoys camping and cruising on his motorcycle. Doug has been a great addition to our team. His commitment to our staff is outstanding. He represents the SERVPRO name well.

This weeks spotlight is on Kristi Skogman. Kristi is the marketing manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. She grew up and resides in Buffalo. In her free time you can find her at her lake cabin, where she enjoys fishing with her two boys and fiancé. With warmer weather you can find her riding on her motorcycle with her fiancé. She loves to travel to warmer destinations to escape the winters here, her favorite annual trip is to Nashville where she enjoys the people and good music. Kristi brings a lot of marketing experience to SERVPRO and she truly is a valuable member of our team!

Bo is a project manager here at SERVPRO of Wright County. He was born and raised in Wright County. Bo is married with three children. He enjoys serving this community. He is heavily involved with his church and leads a recovery group on Tuesday nights. He coaches youth baseball, basketball, and football. Bo is also a firefighter in Monticello, and a member of the Monticello Lions club. In his free time he enjoys camping and fishing with his family. Bo is an outstanding addition to our team and we know he will continue to serve our community well!

Our employee spotlight is on Devin Plooster this week. Devin is a production supervisor here at SERVPRO of Wright County. He is able to handle any type of restoration loss including fire, water, and mold remediation. Outside of SERVPRO, Devin enjoys spending his free time with his fiancé and son. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling. Devin has been to 35 states and he hopes to reach all 50 someday. Devin has an outstanding work ethic and we are very fortunate to have him on our team!

This weeks Employee Spot Light is on Mat Anderson. Mat is the operations/mitigation manager at SERVPRO of Wright County. Mat has been in the industry for 15 years. He is from central Minnesota and loves to travel. When the weather is nice you can find Mat out on the water fishing with his kids. Mat and his family set a goal to explore every state park in Minnesota. We are proud of all of Mat's hard-work and are fortunate to have him on our team!
