Pipe burst in Office Complex

The entire first floor of this Office complex in Monticello suffered significant water damage. This photo shows the ceiling in the office where the pipe burst.  The after photo shows the same area after the insulation had been removed from the attic, the attic structure dried out, and new drywall installed.  SERVPRO of Wright County quickly arrived and began extracting water throughout all 5 business Suites in the complex.  All extraction was completed and drying equipment was set in all areas in the first day.  SERVPRO of Wright County worked with the 5 different businesses to coordinate the demolition that needed to be completed in each office at times that minimized business disruption.  Some of the businesses were up and running the day after the loss and were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, quality, flexibility, and timeliness of the mitigation work performed by SERVPRO of Wright County.
